- Download a Chico Concours Entry Form in PDF format.
- The form includes an Entry Application and complete Class Descriptions.
- Just neatly fill in the blanks and mail it to us with your entry fees.
Entry Fees
- $30 - Entry Form postmarked on or before August 23, 2010.
- $40 - Entry Form postmarked after August 23, 2010.
- Entry deadline: September 6, 2010.
- Complimentary Concours T-shirt. Size XL only.
- Please make checks payable to: Chico Concours d'Elegance
- If you'd like to enter more than one car, please complete one form for each entry.
- Be sure to keep a copy of each entry form for your records.

Judging
- Cars will be judged on general appearance, care and presentation.
- A picture of your vehicle would be appreciated to assist in classification. Pictures will not be returned.
- No non-marque vehicle newer than 1980 will be judged. Newer cars may be entered for exhibit only.
- Any entrant may elect to have his car judged or entered for exhibit only. In either case, the car will be placed within its appropriate class.
- Participants sending applications for "Exhibit Only" may not change their mind, to be judged, on the day of the show.
- The display of "For Sale" or other commercial signs is prohibited except in designated areas.

Release of Liability
In consideration of the acceptance of my application for entry into the Chico Concours d'Elegance, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I may have, or which hereafter accrue to me, against Chico Concours d'Elegance, Inc. and Butte Creek Country Club as a result of my participation in this event.
This release is intended to discharge Chico Concours d'Elegance, Inc. and Butte Creek Country Club and their officers, officials, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the event, even though that liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of persons or entities mentioned above.
I further understand that accidents and injuries can arise out of the event; knowing the risks, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and to hold harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned above who (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damages. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.
